This firm is the most long-standing second-generation accounting firm in Goshen, Indiana. Established by Edward Brookmyer in January, 1946, we soon became known for an honest work ethic, with knowledgeable and efficient service, at a reasonable price.

Arguably, the single most prevailing influence on the accounting profession has been the computer. Brookmyer Accountancy made an early entry into the electronic age back in 1969 when 80 column punch cards were promoted by IBM as a new way to store and process financial data by accounting firms. Such innovative thinking took our firm through the era of punched paper tape media, through large floppy disks, to the world of PC computers and hard-drives, and now into a paperless office environment, all with the intent of best serving the needs of our clients.
